The Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Namibia, H.E. Hanan Jarrar paid a Courtesy call on the Speaker of the National Assembly, Hon. Prof. Peter Katjavivi today (21/04/2022).
The two exchanged views on the need for Parliamentary cooperation between Namibia and Palestine. Their discussion embedded on various areas of collaboration aimed at reinforcing the partnership between the two sister parliaments.
Hon Katjavivi expressed the vital importance of such a relationship, “parliamentary cooperation will boost the capacity of the two institutions.”
Jarrar shared the same sentiment while assuring the speaker that she looks forward to facilitating any cooperation between the two institutions.
